We’ll gladly return or exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached.
For a return, simply mail it back to us within 14 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be refunded.
For an exchange, you have 21 days to send the item back. the balance will be applied onto a Miss Monroe Gift Card. Exchanges after 21 days cannot be accepted.
Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store.

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
