    1. Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at one of your store locations?

    We will gladly take back online orders within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn and unwashed to qualify for a refund. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

    2. Can I use a Gift Card to purchase online?

    No, our gift cards can only be used in store. If you have a gift card and would like to purchase something you see online, give us a call at the store and we will ring you up using your gift card.

    2. Can I use my store credit online?

    No, Store credit  for items returned in store can only be used in store. 

    4. Can I pick up an order I placed online at one of your store locations?

    Yes, free local pick up is available. We'll have it packed up and ready for you.

    To receive exclusive discounts and be the first to hear about our special events, please join our email list.

     6. How do I return or exchange an order?

    You may return any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Sale items, intimates, and jewelry are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Promo codes are not included.

    7. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size, quantity or add other product and edit your shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders once it has been placed.
